​Rental Conditions

• Rental fee is paid in advance.

• The rental period is at least 6 days.

• Equipment in the motorhome,  traffic fines and toll highway-bridge fees  A deposit of 3,000 TL is taken from the tenant for the purpose.  Security guarantee  If the vehicle is returned completely and undamaged at the end of the rental, it is returned within 10 days.

• In order to rent our motorhome, a B type driver's license of at least 5 years is required.

• Renter must be at least 25 years old.

• Two-day rental fee is charged for reservation.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

• Pets are not accepted.

delivery

• Vehicle delivery is made between 09:00 – 18:00.

• Vehicle deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

• Our vehicle  It is picked up and delivered from Izmir. Intercity deliveries are not available.

• There is an OGS or HGS device in our vehicle, and the usage costs are covered by the customer upon return of the rental.

• in our vehicle  The costs that may arise in relation to the kitchen tube used (in case of running out of the tube) are covered by us.

• Our vehicle is delivered clean inside and out. The vehicle is received in the same way as cleaned. In case the uncleaned vehicle is delivered, the cleaning fee of 150 TL will be paid by the tenant.

• in rental  400 km per day  There is a road limit.  Calculation is made from 0.50 kr per km in excess of mileage.

Technical Education

• While delivering our caravans, we provide you with special training and ensure that you have full control of all the details.

Even if you have never driven a caravan before, we provide you with the information that you can spend your holiday in the most enjoyable way. We kindly ask you to spare 20-30 minutes for this training.

• 24 hours a day during the trip​ You can call and get information about everything that forces you. If necessary, we can support you with video chat.

• Our vehicle is insured for damages over 3,000 TL. Lessor is responsible for damages under 3.000 TL.

• If you contact us in any emergency, we can manage the whole process for you.
